Uh, she’s going to be speaking at the at the gala, at the, uh, Reaching Hearts on April the 5th at the for the Community Pregnancy Clinics. Liz, thank you so much for joining us here on the show.

Oh, it’s my pleasure, Liz. You know, uh, you’ve got the reputation of being a conservative commentator. Tell us why you’re deciding to really represent the Community Pregnancy Clinics on the event on April the 5th.

Yeah. I’m so excited to come down to Naples and to speak with everyone who’s going to be at the “Reaching Hearts” event for Community Pregnancy Clinics. What a wonderful organization. I began my journey as a
conservative commentator, a political commentator, as a pro-life activist. So my heart really lies with the pro-life
movement. The right to life is, of course, the fundamental, the undergirding of all other rights. Without the right to life, all other rights become obsolete, and science and ethics and morals and just common sense tells us that, you know, an unborn baby is a human person, separate and distinct from the mother. And it is a calling. I feel not just as an American citizen, but a calling. I feel from God to stand up for those who do not have a voice to stand up for themselves. And Community Pregnancy Clinics is, I mean, as you know, the largest chain of pregnancy clinics in Florida. They do wonderful life saving work, 24,000 unborn babies saved from abortion since they began their their mission all those years ago. And it’s really my honor to come and speak and, um, and honor these lives saved. And this ministry to these to these women in crisis in Florida and their unborn babies. And as you said, it’s happening on April 5th. And I invite everyone, if you’re not already signed up, join us. It’s going to be a wonderful, fun night to honoring life. I mean, abortion, of course, is a tragic, somber topic, but life is a beautiful, wonderful thing to celebrate. And that’s what the evening is going to be all about.

So well said. And Liz, in fact, I’ve been to the Reaching Hearts events in the past, and it’s just been so inspiring to see these families that perhaps, you know, got the support of the Community Pregnancy Clinics and not only having their children there that were born, but also the smiles on their faces. I mean, it’s just to your point, a life saving event, but so inspiring it is.

And I got to tell you, I am honored and privileged to speak at a lot of events. And my favorite events are events just like this one, where you go and you see the fruits of not just the fruits of your labor in the sense that your work is validated, but you see the value of your work. And, um, I cannot tell you how many times a tear has been brought to my eye, seeing beautiful children and the smiles of their parents who were courageous enough to reach out and ask for help. And, you know, we’re living in. We’re living in a culture right now where the value of life has been degraded. The value of life has been devalued. And so to be able to be a beacon of, to use my voice, um, to be a beacon of hope for people and to explain the reality of, you know, life is life from the moment of conception and a human life, depending on the stage of development, does not take away from the value of that life. To be able to debunk some of the vicious propaganda coming from anti-life, um, organizations and lobbies and businesses. That’s I mean it, my work feels small compared to what, um, the boots on the ground at places like Community Pregnancy Clinics are doing. But it’s really it’s really my I view it as my role as part of the body of Christ. Some people are called to be the hands on doing the work like those at the pregnancy clinic. Some people are called to be the lifeblood. That would be all the wonderful donors who give of their time and treasure to support the work. And in this case, it’s my it’s really my privilege to be the voice in this body of Christ, and I’m really looking forward to it.

Well, in fact, Liz, you’re doing God’s work and just really appreciate your enthusiasm and your commitment to the to the process and the cause. You know, it’s and the support that comes. It’s not just getting through the pregnancy, but it’s also for a long period of time after the pregnancy, making sure that families are supported and they have what they need in order to, uh, to parent their children and to do a good job. I mean, CPCI has helped tens of thousands of womenafter their babies have been born, which is which is I mean, there’s there’s always this vicious propaganda from the left that says that pro-lifers don’t care about babies after they’re outside the womb. And you and I know that that’s not true. We know that, um, much of the help happens quietly after during during later portions of the pregnancy and after the birth, and it’s just a wonderful cause to support.
